The McDonald Agency is built on a foundation of community involvement. A strong focus on local organizations personally and professionally has not only assisted with the success of the agency, but provided the opportunity for the development of personal leadership skills.
The members of The McDonald Agency team have the choice to get involved in what they are passionate about. We have representatives active in organizations including: the Ocala/Marion County EDC, Interfaith Emergency Services, Women’s Pregnancy Center, Redeemer Christian School, the Ocala Metropolitan Rotary Club, the Ocala/Marion County Chamber of Commerce, Marion County Boys & Girls Club, the Tri County Business Association and much more.
Kevin has set a great example of giving back for his team. He currently serves as a board member of the Interfaith Emergency Services, Inc, and the IES Foundation, a member of Metropolitan Ocala Rotary Club, he is chair elect for the Ocala/Marion County EDC Board, Past-Chair of the Ocala Marion County Chamber of Commerce, and chair elect of the Munroe Regional Medical Center Foundation Board of Directors, and current Planned Gift Committee Chair. Kevin also serves as a member of the SunTrust Bank of North Central Florida Board of Directors.
“Being active and a part of this community is important. Our family has been blessed by this community, and we feel it’s important to give back” responded Kevin when asked about all the activities he’s been involved with.
Involvement is a family passion with recent mission trips to Nicaragua, Honduras and Haiti to help those in most desperate need. “These trips are game changers, not only me, but my entire family. We see firsthand how blessed we are to live in the United States, and how much we take for granted.”
